Taking place six months after the events of the third movie, Marty travels back in time to help out a teenage Emmett Brown after a driverless DeLorean materialises in Hill Valley. Robert Zemeckis has repeatedly said Back to the Future 4 will never happen, so this is probably the closest you're going to get.
