El Toronto Film Festival ha anunciado la oleada de películas que formarán parte de su lista. Entre ellas se incluyen importantes estrenos como Marte (Matt Damon), Trumbo, Demolition, Sicario (Emily Blunt) y el nuevo documental de Michael Moore Where Do We Invade Next. También se proyectará la película de Tom Hooper The Danish Girl (Eddie Redmayne), Anomalisa de Charlie Kaufman, Black Mass (Johnny Depp), Spotlight, Beasts of No Nation y la última cinta de Jason Bateman The Family Fang.
El festival de Toronto es uno de los más importantes de la industria cinematográfica, ya que es el lugar en el que muchas de las futuras películas nominadas al Oscar comienzan su campaña de promoción.
